RGR built a custom interior elevator shaft for an Oak Island residential property. The work included framing a multi-story vertical chase, modifying existing floor joists and wall assemblies, rerouting plumbing and electrical lines, reinforcing the opening with LVL beams and metal connectors, and finishing the surrounding area to blend with the home interior.
